To confirm your online booking you will need to make a deposit.*
How it works: The standard price of, e.g., a full hygiene appointment is 90 EUR. Booking online brings the total price down to 75 EUR.
*in case 100% of the treatment price is covered by patient insurance, the deposit is reimbursed after attendance. Please note that the deposit is not returned in case of failure to attend the appointment; if attendance is more than 5 minutes late; or if cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the appointment. Upon timely cancellation (no later than 24 hours before the booked appointment time) the sum is reimbursed upon request submitted by application specifying the bank account to receive the sum.
